What if it were easier?

What if your problem suddenly became easier to deal with? What if the right questions opened up new possibilities? What if a single conversation was all it took to get things moving?

At the Solution Café, we work together to find possible solutions. After a brief introduction, participants work in groups of three to address the issues they have brought with them – one topic per person. Supported by solution-focused question cards, a lively, clearly structured exchange takes place. No coaching experience is necessary; all you need to bring is your topic and a desire for new perspectives.

Whether it’s a project idea, a career decision or a step in your personal development: you focus on resources, next steps and what is already working. Surprisingly concrete. Refreshingly solution-oriented.

You can find out more about the format at solution-cafe.ch, and René Fretz will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
