Mr Nobody Against Putin – documentary film

When Russia invades Ukraine, the country’s schools become permeated with state propaganda and militaristic ideology. Pasha, a teacher and videographer in a small town in the Urals, is tasked with documenting the patriotic lessons mandated by Moscow. For two years, he secretly films what is really happening — the indoctrination of the children, military drills, and the pupils’ deployment to the front. A courageous act of resistance that ultimately puts his life in danger. In the summer of 2024, he manages to flee to the Czech Republic.
