What can you expect?
Before the dance journey, Sascha will guide you into peace and clarity with the warm sounds of his cello - to arrive in the room, in your body and completely with yourself. In order to create a free and protected space together, there is a warm-up before the dance, which is dedicated to a new theme each time. It helps you to connect with yourself and the community and gently prepare yourself for the dance journey.

Ecstatic Dance is a space in which you can express yourself freely - without restrictions, without judgement and in full mutual respect. The perfect moment to immerse yourself in the energy of music, leave everyday life behind you and draw new strength, clarity and joie de vivre.
